Schedule & Format
• 8am-8:55a Check-in, Bib Pick-up, & Ticket Sales.
(Check in @ the AVSC Clubhouse under Venga Venga in the Snowmass Mall) 
• Athlete Pass = $70, Coach Pass = free, Parent Pass = $85.
• Practice from 9:15a-10a. Makaha Park, please obey all resort closures.
• Practice for Ski athletes 8 and under and Snowboard athletes 10 and under in public Lowdown park until event start time (Discussed in the riders meeting at Makaha)
• Rider’s Meeting 10:05a at top of course. Competition Starts immediately following Rider’s Meeting.
• Starter will drop each athlete. Snowboard Run 1 & 2, then Ski Run 1 &2.
• 8 & Under Ski + 10 & Under Snowboard Comp starts roughly 30 minutes after last run in Makaha.
• Snowboarders inform starter of dropping Switch or Normal.
• Overall Impression based on DAVE (See below), best of 2 run format.
• Start Lists will be available on TeamApp (USASA Aspen Snowmass Series)

• Variety
• Execution

Disqualification for following…
• Helmet comes off during run.
• Unsportsperson-like Conduct (rude or foul behaviour/language/disrespect, etc.)

Additional Points
• Bibs must be visible on all competitors while on course at any time.
• Helmets must be worn by anyone on course strapped into skis or board.
• Judges are looking for skill and control. A hucked, out of control 540 will score lower than a controlled, dialed 360.
• If there is legitimate interference during your run sit down and cross your arms over your head. A course official will come to you.
• Awards roughly 30 minutes after last competitor drop in Rail Jam (Just uphill from the Bumps Patio – Subject to change)
